Noel Reese holds a Bachelors of Arts in Music with an emphasis in vocal performance from Wingate University where she studied as a mezzo soprano. While attending Wingate University, Noel studied Principal Voice under the instruction of Dr. John Blizzard, Vocal Pedagogy and Vocal Literature under the instruction of Dr. John Blizzard and Dr. Melinda Lein, as well as, Alexander Technique, Opera, and Opera scenes under the instruction of Dr. Jesse Martin and Dr. Kenny Potter. Noel has performed in a variety of shows and operas. Making an appearance as Ruth in, The Pirates of Penzance, by Gilbert and Sullivan, and Ma Moss in, The Tender land, by Aaron Copland. Noel has also played various roles in Musical roles as well. Noel is currently between schools hoping to transfer from LSU to UNCG to finish obtaining her Masters of Music in Vocal Performance. While at LSU she studied under the instruction of Dr. Lori Bade for principal voice as well as Advanced German Diction under the instruction of Ms. Sandra Moon, and Advanced Vocal Literature (German and French) under the instruction of Mr. Dennis Jesse. Noel is practiced in a wide range of musical styles including; Classical, Musical, and Pop.
